Hey! So, i will feel sluggish and faint the more time creeps up to that 16 hour mark. Then, after I’ve eaten, I completely crash and don’t know how to function. There is some processed sugar in my first meal, but should a little bit have such a huge effect? Do you guys have tips for me so I won’t crash so hard?
I also kinda feel low-key nauseous after that first meal (and my meal is rather light)?? What am i doing wrong? 😅
I also often eat spicy food for breakfast, but if i do that now after those 16 hours, my stomach burns. So I’m not doing that anymore, but was wondering if that’s common? 😳

This was my experience as well for the first two weeks. I started taking pro-biotics, stopped drinking black coffee in the morning (even saved it for my second meal of the day) and stopped putting MCT oil in my coffee. Also made a smaller meal for my first meal. It worked, but not sure what exactly did the trick.
