Been on Omad since August and I had gotten use to it but recently I have been really hungry with just one meal anyone else experience this ?
This happened to me very badly when I got back into weight lifting on omad. I swapped to 2mad with 7 hour feeding window. My meals I’m eating on 2mad are way more nutrient dense. On omad by dinner my ravenous ass didn’t care about nutrients because I was so hungry. On 2mad I have been going for a less processed food approach. Fasting window I go ham on the black coffee and water. I think weight lifting is super important for good mental health and posture and feeling more sturdy within yourself..because of this I had to ditch omad for 2mad. RIP wallet
I am incredibly too easily influenced by media/exposure to food impacting my hunger.
I have noticed a lot of push for healthy eating type foods (new year duh) which are so much harder to turn down or talk myself away from. Not sure if you are similar but it’s a thought.
I know it’s tedious, but do you track macros? You may need to take an extensive look at what nutrients you are getting per OMAD. Use google to estimate what macros your body needs and see how your current meals measure up.
