Plateau-ing after 2 months of IF 20/4 ?

Hello! I’ve been doing IF for the last two months with a 20/4 pattern. I started this IF just after a 1 week water fast. The water fast made me lose 7 kilos and the IF helped me to lose some more 3 kilos making me go from 93 kg to 83 kg. But for the last 3 weeks I seem to plateau at around 83 kg (I’m 177cm). I run twice a week for at least 10 km each time. My diet didn’t noticeably change. So, I’m wondering if I’m in a plateau phase, 3 weeks seems so loooooong ! And what can I do to get out of it ? I’m also planning to go again on a 7 days water fast by the end of october. Thanks for your insights.

Your body is probably used to the 20:4 routine so doing a water fast may kick you out of that plateau. I had the same issue when I was doing 16:8 for a month and didn’t notice any changes on the scale so I switched to 20:4 and lost more weight for about two weeks now I’m currently fasting.
