Consistently, 4 months now. But have been back and forth for years from anything 16:8 to pure OMAD. I did great with OMAD but couldn’t workout after work and then eat and couldn’t eat and then workout so I started this.
Mine is closer to a 2 hour window. Usually 6 to 8 pm, but I feel like I do better 4 to 6 pm. I should also say I take breaks, fasting usually 5 days a week. I’ve taken weeks off before, but on non fasting days I still skip breakfast.
