Please help me decide how to break my fast!

I’ve been fasting all week and with the finish line approaching (2 hrs 39 mins…) I’m obsessing about food. I’m traditionally bad about refeeding, I always overeat.

Today the options are: Bacon and eggs Crumpets Bolognaise with pasta and cheese.

I know I should keto between fasts but it’s harder for me to keto than fast.

What would you pick?????

Hey! You might want to try having vitamins with your meal, I’ve found they help prevent overeating. Since your stomach is empty you should have gummy vitamins instead of pill vitamins as they are easier to absorb. Good luck :)
