When do I (24m) re-feed as I am on my journey for 30 days?Also what do I eat specifically and how much can I eat? I was thinking of doing 72s, eat every 3 days in a short one hour window. Especially not at nighttime. I weigh 222 lbs and am 6ft
if you’re 6ft 220 you should try and drop body fat and gain muscle mass, you’re pretty close to a average male weight. just avoid unhealthy fats, and try to eat protein. and please don’t drink any soda
I tend to screw up my refeeds when I eat junk. When I eat keto on my refeeds, the pounds come flying off. Foods like eggs, beef, sausages, cheese, broccoli, cauliflower rice (with butter) are pretty good.
