Rate my fasting plan and give me your advice please

Hi, all.

I just hit the highest weight on the scale for my whole life (190 lb) and I don’t like this trend. As a 42M, I don’t want my weight to continue to creep upward during the rest of my 40s. I’ve started an OMAD fasting routine and I would like to hear your feedback.

For the month of March, I’m just eating one meal a day, and it’s just going to be beef and eggs. I do this at dinnertime. I don’t have any problems getting the will to do this. It’s a little boring, but the results come quickly and that makes it very easy to stick with.

I’m also working out every day, switching from a simple body weight fitness routine of push-ups, sit-ups, and squats on one day and 30 mins heart-pumping high-intensity cardio on the other.

Here are the other things I’m putting into my body as well-

If I feel too “empty” I might drink 12 oz of Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almond Milk mixed with one scoop of Vital Protein Collagen Peptides and a tablespoon of Kirkland Signature OPTIFIBER.

After the workouts, I drink 12 oz of Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almond Milk mixed with one scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein and a tablespoon of Kirkland Signature OPTIFIBER.

Before I have my one meal, I take a daily probiotic, a daily fiber supplement, and a daily men’s multivitamin.

I’ve also been taking RevolutionPRO Maca-OG Men Hormone Health supplements for the past four days, and plan to stick with that to see how it feels.

One last note, I quit caffeine last year.

After the month of March is over I plan to stick to OMAD but work in green-leafed vegetables and other meats.

Anything I’m missing? Any thoughts?

I feel fine, and I’m down 5.2 lbs over the past five days.

Add 1/2 a frozen avocado to your smoothie if you need some fat.
