Title says it all! I’m 5 ft 2 in, SW:240 CW: 200. I use Zero which is super helpful but I’m realizing my hobby was eating/cooking. I used to spend so much time on it, and although I read, volunteer with animals, picked up hiking as a hobby, I’m still short of things to do in the house. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
I picked up the ukulele! It’s cheap and super easy and soothes my soul in a special way. I have an every growing list of songs that I love to play and sing, and my kids love to sing with me too. Plenty of songs are only 3 or 4 chords. r/ukulele. Good luck!
r/calligraphy - maybe it is for you. You can start with very simple tools. It is fun and satisfying to get better and the practice is meditative.
I had the worst handwriting of anyone I know. Now I love how my notebooks look.
