some help!

i ‘ve been on ADF for 1 week before i made a 60 hours fast . i broke my fast yesterday and im fasting today. its 4:00 pm and im feeling a bit nausea( i dont know if i spelled that right) . My issue is that i noticed the lack of hunger pangs. usually at this point my stomach would crowl occationally.Instead there is this consistent, tangible pain. i’m feeling fatigued ( sleepy almost) . Does this mean my body is adapting? or could there be another underlyng issue?

Answer

1st thought is electrolyte imbalance

2nd thought is if you’re in pain, listen to your body, and break the fast. You can always start again when you feel better. If it happens again, monitor what you’re breaking your fast with and consider lowering the carbohydrates (that can make me feel like poop during a fast) and also, again, electrolytes.
