So I (M18) have been wanting to try ADF, but I got an idea could you combine it with regular intermittent fasting. Fasting every other day and on the eating days having only dinner. Or would that have many negative side effects?
Yeah, that’s just OMEOD. I’ve done it successfully for a 3 month span before.
As someone below stated, probably best to ease into regular IF then start cutting out one day at a time. get used to 16:8, then move to OMAD, then skip a monday, then skip monday/wednesday, etc.
