I’m starting 20:4 now after doing 16:8 for a while.
32M, 6’0, 195 lbs.
Goal is 175 lbs (20 lb loss)
For those who have successfully lost a lot of weight with 20:4, do you force yourself to eat your target calories during the eating window? Or do you stop if you feel full enough?
I imagine it’s hard to get even your deficit calories in within 4 hrs. Which makes getting a bigger deficit than planned easier
I have some homemade cocoa oats peanut butter stevia olive oil chia seeds salt yummy fat bombs in my freezer. Sometimes if I haven’t eaten enough calories but feel full, I end my day with a couple of those concentrated fat bombs for dessert.
