I have done IF in the past (not very successful). I find get over-obsessive about timing if I use a clock or stopwatch app. Does anyone else do a more gentle approach, where you basically fast “all day” until you get home from work and eat dinner? Do you have suggestions for how to mentally approach this? I have Lyme disease, so I’m constantly beating myself up for eating the “wrong thing”, and I realized this morning that if I just don’t eat during the day, maybe a lot of that worry would dissipate. Then I could eat regular food when I get home and have dinner, and just start again the next day. Can it really be that “simple”?
