Hey all! Been doing OMAD a couple of times over the last two years or so and have had great success. Really enjoy being able to fast during the day and generally eat whatever I want in the evenings. Although I do my best to avoid any excessive sugar or bread. About 4 months or so ago I was down to 180 from 243. I ended up gaining to 223, which was 3 weeks ago. I’m now 211 and hoping to get back to 180 again. The lowest I’ve been on OMAD’ing was 168, which is right where I want to be. Have some details below. Any thoughts or advice are warmly welcomed. Well congrats on getting back on the wagon. I always see it as you know the how already, just have to do it!
What do you want to do differently once you hit your goal this time? You may want to start thinking about what your plan will for maintaining.
