Hello Everyone. I’ve decided to get fit and reading to start fasting. I used to be fit but I let myself go. I havent worked out consistently for about 5 years. Sorry for these terrible pictures lol

I have a family reunion in Spain late august. I have 17 weeks to lose as much as I can. Curious for people to post their 4 month results.
I will be doing rolling 72s and 96s and walking 1 hour a day(about 3 miles). I also will be doing Pavel’s Simple & Sinister Kettlebell workout 5-6days a week. I want to know your input on expectations.
How much do you guys think I could lose before the 20th of August?

5’8 Male
SW/CW: 276lb
Current Body Fat %: 42%
GW by August: ? (is 70lbs wishful thinking?)
GW overall: 175lb
