I love intermittent fasting because It controls my binge eating. I normally do 18/6 or 20/4 however during my reading windows I can’t seem to quit sugar or if I have a lot of junk in the house I binge (granted its less than normal) I feel like as soon as I begin to quit sugar my periods come around and I crave it (tmi) anyone have any useful tips to stop this cycle?
I can’t not buy it my husband and child like it. I’ve also read the obesity code and I watch you tube videos of many drs telling me how bad it is, so I know sugar and processed foods are the enemy.

Why not help foster a healthy diet in your loved ones? Don’t label food as good or bad, but don’t have junk food handy in abundance. Have a dessert as a family, as part of your meal rather than downing cookies and ice cream when kids are in bed.
Move your eating window earlier in the day, so you don’t have the opportunity to go crazy on junk food at night.
