I’m new here and was wondering how you feel about Coffee-mate Sugar Free creamer. Will this break my 18:6 completely?
That’s not something I would use, my very overweight friend I was helping IF was using coffee mate while fasting but slowly weened off. It’s fine to start but I’d try and stop utilizing it as a training wheel as soon as possible.
