I am wondering, how healthy is sushi if at all it’s even healthy or does it vary depending on the type you get?
The ingredients are usually on the label. I try to get mine made fresh, with no sauces or extras. I usually ask the guy who makes them, “how fresh they are or when they were made”. If they were fresh I will take them, if not, he will make me a new one.
Usually healthy. Some veggies (negligible) rice and fish. The only issue I have personally with sushi is it’s so easy to eat. For some reason a cup of rice wrapped in seaweed and split nicely into a row goes down a lot easier than in a bowl.
Healthy for the most part but I do know the rice they use has a lot of sugar. I’d call it healthy ay the end of the day though for sure. Varies from roll to roll of course but there’s usually good stuff in there
