120 hours reached! Its not my longest (8 days) but it was somehow my easiest, and it was rewarding.
I starter at 86. 1kgs and I’m now 80.5kgs! Now, I wanted to get under 80, and I was going to prolong this fast by a day or two, but my flatmate is buying me dinner tonight as a thank you. I can’t say no to that, she’s as poor as me, she’s just built her first house, and she’s had a seriously fucked life, the least I can do is eat something she buys me haha. Though if she forgets or it doesn’t end up happening, then obvs I’ll continue on.
Last night sleep wise was atrocious. I guess it’ll be due to the fast and stress/excitement of moving. I just had a rough time and usually I’m a great sleeper. Whatever the case, it’s tough but nothing I wouldn’t push through.
So I don’t exactly have money (trying not to dip into savings) but I’ve planned a really good lazy keto meal prep for a week. I plan to do that week and than do another fast, this time for 7 days. But overall I’m really pleased with myself. I hadn’t dine another water fast since December, because each time I tried I buckled around 48 hours. Now 48 hours is definitely a feat, but it didn’t mean much to me as I already did/do OMAD/ADF. So I’m really fucking chuffed.

Wow, wow, wow!!! First, that’s awesome. Second, your body really responded to your fast. I think that’s always my confirmation that I’m doing something great - I sleep better, face looks better (less puffy), lose weight, have more energy, and my brain works better.

How did you find your hormones reacting to such a long fast?
I find that at 3 days I get hot flushes and headache and just general signs that I have to stop.
