25 M here, 6ft tall at about 17stone and I really want to get rid of some belly fat and weight in general, I’ve got multi vitamins at the ready and Himalayan salt (electrolytes) for the water, how long would you suggest I try for for my first fast? 3 days? A week? I worry about when I’m finishing about putting weight back on, maybe ease back into it with soup or low calorie foods? Thanks!
I just posted in another thread how multivitamins are the only pill that give me gut issues and nausea.I suggest a 65 hour fast. stop eating at 7pm and break at noon on day 3. Then you have 7 hours to refeed and decided if you want to roll into another fast. A 65 will break you of fear of not eating for a full complete 2 consecutive days, but it’s not overly challenging. Go to a tdee calculator online and just eat slightly below what’s recommended for calories. With 65s I can consume all foods fine. Unless you love soup, I suggest eat what you love that is health conscious.
