Am I going to be tired ? I have 2 bigs exam coming next week so I have a lot of work to do, and I plan to walk 10k a day at least (as I do usually), so I think i may go into ketosis (?) Do I need electrolytes for 48h?
If it’s your 1st ever fast then electrolytes might be a good idea since you also mentioned that you’ll be walking 10k steps. It’s definitely gonna suck and you’re most probably gonna hate every minute of it specially the 2nd day but besides being irritable as a MF then you have nothing to worry about.
I never had any symptoms except pride in myself for powering through hunger. A kind redditor simply wrote once “the food will be there in 48 hours”. I do it consistently now. It’s empowering and I tell myself how proud I am of me!!!!
