I’ve been doing OMAD and trying to eat healthy low-carb meals since the start of January and seen no difference on the scale or how I look at all, so I tried to do a longer fast. Only a few hours away from the 48 hour mark and im definitely pretty low energy but not dying of hunger or anything. Is it worth trying to push forward another day or should I quit while I’m ahead?
Really the only person who should make this decision is you. If you feel fine and want to continue, then go for it.
You’ll start to see progress on the scale soon rather or not you continue your fast. Visual differences will take time though. I’ve lost 35 pounds and I struggle to see the difference most days.
