Trying IF again and feeling discouraged with lack of results, any advice?

I’m basically just looking for support or suggestions. I did IF for the first time back in like 2016/2017. I had great results and within a week felt lighter/leaner/just good. This time around i feel discouraged. My meal window is 10:30/11 - 6:30/7.

I work out in the AM 6 days a week. I meal prep. Drink tons of water. Stopped coffee in the AM.

I feel like im eating balanced along with the exercise and sweating I do so I’m concerned with no changes. I started February 1st.

Anyone go through this?

If you build muscle you may not see much change on the scale. Your body composition, however, will change.

I have the same issue. I’ve been on IF for 1.5 years. I lost about 5 lbs altogether but I’m much leaner now. I was borderline obese back then.
