What kind of advice?

It is my understanding the human body can process about 1-2 lbs of fat per day. February is about 20 days away, so 20-40 lbs of fat loss in that time sounds possible.

Also, if you are on a real water fast and not another type of fast, like snake juice, you will drop a lot of water weight. Your initial weight loss will likely be higher than 1-2 lbs per day. As soon as you start eating again you should expect to gain that water weight back quite quickly.
