Trying again, but looking for advice.

So I’m a 40 yr old man, who has struggled with his weight for 20+ years. Last year I started, but fell off the wagon around May.

This year I need motivation, and a plan to stick to it. I’m looking for meal plans between 1500 to 1700 calories a day to eat in my 8 hour meal period.

Also I work in a cubical farm, so I’m looking for something that will keep me full during the day, to keep me from craving snacks.

I feel like a few eggs some veggies and 1 piece of a 100% whole wheat like bread is damn good for a few hours. That’s generally my fav keep me full break-fast! That’s probably 400 calorie meal I don’t count calories so it’s kinda an approx. Good protein, fats, and fiber.
