I had to end my fast yesterday at 69 hours when I screwed up all three hydration, caffeine intake and electrolyte levels and started vomiting from migraine level pain that Advil didn’t touch at all. Ate pistachios and dried mango strips that i regretted because they not low carb.

Went to sleep and today had a great day. I kept my water and electrolyte levels up, drank my standard 2-3 cup (16 oz) of coffee. Cleaned the house all morning, ran errands and cooked(for family) and cleaned all day really. Just hit another 24 hours fasted. I was mad I had to break my fast and went straight into another fast after deciding if I go another awful headache I would have a protein shake of Greek yogurt and powdered hemp seeds. So far I’ve been feeling good. I’ve never broken a fast with a tiny amount and then gone straight into another fast. It’s not as hard as I thought it would be. Easier than taking a day or weekend or week off even. We’ll see how long I can sustain. I have a lot of weight to lose before January hiking vacation.
