Hi ! A little about me:

Started my weight loss journey 7/11/21

F/29 yrs. SW 220 lbs / CW 211.6 lbs

My goal was to do three 36 hr fasts 3 times a week. On fasts days I was doing yoga and stretching. Eat days doing 40 mins of body weight workouts.

But now switching those three fasts to dry starting today. I’m currently into 11 hours into my 2nd ever dry fast. The first attempt at a dry fast I went 24 hours and felt fine but gave into some ice cubes. Lasted total 36 hours in fasted state.

Would love if anyone has experience with this sort of revolving fast. Any tips / tricks / advice are much appreciated!

67 hours into a (soft) dry fast. Before that I was barely eating for a week due to pain (extreme bloating with gas that wouldn’t pass after eating).

All this is a result of endometriosis, which I hope might be partly reversed by a long enough dry fast. I’m also trying systemic enzymes to get rid of adhesions and EGCG, because there’s some evidence of that reversing endo lesions.

If anyone has experience with healing digestive and/or hormonal issues (PCOS, etc) via fasting I’m all ears. I’m aiming for 7 days. I don’t know if that’s enough…
