I just finished a 7 day dry fast. This is my first time doing this. I was pretty amazed by the various gains which included the elimination of these little bumps on my arms, butt, thighs that have been there since I was a teenager. I tried a variety of things to remove them but to no avail. My skin in those areas now is as smooth as a baby’s. Amazing :)
Dry fast will do all that. Do it regularly 20:4 rather than prolonged fasts. You want to regularly break down and build up. When you do break your fast, limit the water you drink. You’ll get your benefits.
