What are the benefits of Beer?

I have an ice chest full of Heineken left over from Thanksgiving. This year I didn’t overdo it with the desserts and I hope to keep that going through Christmas, into the new year to be prepped for the summertime…. But I am definitely going to drink this beer. I’m just curious about the benefits. Please share your anecdotal experience, and science based information if you have any. Happy Holidays!
