“cheat days”. I actually just call them high calorie days because I’m not cheating anything. It’s part of my eating plan for the month. I also don’t stop myself for the occasion tablespoon of store bought jam or PB, etc. To me, it’s perfectly fine to eat in small quantities every other day, and during high calorie days i can eat it to my heart’s desire.Edit: No tips on how to control it because i have found that it is simply impossible and trying to not eat sugar ever leads to binging anyway. That is my experience.
When I did keto really strict a few years ago it was crazy. At one point they just stopped. Even things semi sweet liek fruit seemed like eating pure sugar. It took awhile and I fell off the wagon. Back on IF but haven’t broke through the cravings yet
