How do you keep busy?
Learn more about fasting and the stages. Watch Matt Stoney eat 25 big macs in 20 minutes and other eating challenges (I dont know why this helps and I dont crave the food theyre eating). Walk 10k steps. Drink plenty of water. Learn about how other people supplement electrolytes. Do some light exercise. Stretch, yoga. A couple other hobbies I do that I continue to do daily at a lower intensity and volume.
