You could also change it up. I did ~80 hours last week, so 3 days plus a little extra. This week I am about to hit exactly on the 5 day mark and will wait to eat until after I wake up. I’ll get around 137 hours this week. Next week I might not adf at all or I might do like every other day or something. The main point is you could do some three day fast but also do a longer fast go in that 30 day window.

I know this has to be a parody post, but for whatever it’s worth the answer is eating less calories will result in losing more weight. And in case that’s not clear enough, not eating results in less calories consumed than eating.
