What is the earliest you can do a 2nd 7 day dry fast arfter completely an initial one?

I completed my first one on the 4th and want to try another one on the 22nd. The reason is I don’t know when I’ll have another chance this year to have 7 days uninterrupted to do it.

I just don’t know if there are any deleterious effect of doing two of them so close.

i think if you stay on the animal based plan and don’t venture off into excessive carbs and hydrogenated oils you should have favorable chances doing the second long day after 2 weeks recovery. but it might be loads more difficult. you’re having liver and other meats consistently, that’s already better than 99% people and you just finished a 7 day dry fast! super impressive!

most importantly listen to your body this time around . your gut might believe there’s a famine and everything in your metabolism and elsewhere will try to conserve energy this time . if you are having headaches please have salt with you to avoid hyponatremia and please have salt in your car when you start your next fast. educate yourself on electrolyte deficiencies before you fully go with the second long dry fast. back to back long fasts can be dangerous . avoid any strenuous activity if you plan to long fast soon. most likely you will not have the same storages from before.
