The longest for me was 4 days. I gradually built up to it however. It was not automatic.
Now I’m going to try for 5 days. This will be my longest yet. I’ll have fluids, some electrolyte mix if I’m desperate or feel weird, and water.

The longest to date was a 96.
Progressive from OMAD > ADF > 2MEOD > rolling 48s > rolling 72s > rolling 88:8 then tried a 96 but felt real gross that last day and went back to rolling 88:8.
This was all over the course of about 6 months.
26.5 days last year while desperately trying to get rid of my severe obesity. Felt horrible throughout with nausea and vomiting a few times since I was coming off a terrible diet of overeating junk and diving into fasting with no prep.
This year I’ve been much more successful with rolling fasts and the occasional extended fast to break through plateaus alongside fasting breaks of a few days when needed (social stuff, events, etc.).
5 days, I don’t see any point in going higher. I’m averaging 3-4. Why wait 10 days and put more shock on my body when I can just refeed then continue my fast? Especially when I can eat keto and it makes transition so seamless? All the refeeding horror stories you hear are those coming off longer fast, I’d rather avoid it. The results aren’t that different.
