I’m new to the group, and just, curious what lengths of fasts are most common.
From what I saw in a poll a while back it’s like most shoot for 2-5 days then, you got the professionals usually going weeks without eating (props to them). The beginners I hear go in baby steps in order to train yourself to last longer starting from 12h to 16h then 24h to 48h etc.
The group will correct me if I’m wrong lol
