I love walden farms so much but it’s ~3.49 a bottle, are there better priced and healthy options?
Very low cal / zero cal: Mustard, dill relish, franks (and most other) hot sauce, siracha, vinegar, salsa/pico de gallo, etc. Also don’t forget about proper seasoning, almost all herbs/spices have negligible calories unless they have sugar in them. If you’re looking for name brand ultra low calorie condiments specifically, they are going to be very hard to find at a lower cost point then what you describe. Otherwise you can find some things that have a moderate amount of calories for cheap, like ranch dressing (or make your own like other commenters suggested), no sugar added ketchup, etc.
Not all of these are condiments necessarily, but all are cheap and fairly healthy:
Lemon juice/ lime juice
Yogurt with ranch seasoning
Plain yellow Mustard mixed with turmeric
Red pepper Hummus (wonderful on sandwiches and wraps)
Peanut butter with added cinnamon and baking cocoa
Minced garlic paste (a little goes a long way)
Minced ginger paste (a little goes a long way)
Basil paste
1:1 ratio of nut butter and yogurt (high protein and tastes like cream cheese)
Neufchâtel cream cheese
Tomato paste with garlic salt and oregano (especially on mozzarella toasties)
Mashed berries, banana, pumpkin, or sweet potato (especially on French toast or Pb toast instead of Walden farms syrup)
Ketchup (usually fairly inexpensive)
