(Looking for food & recipe ideas)
Sometimes pizza, sometimes McDonald’s, sometimes homemade breakfast, sometimes lots of proteins and veggies, sometimes lots of carbs and stacks of French toast.
I’ve found I lose weight any time I use IF. If you stick with lower calorie meals, and especially if it is low or no carb, you do lose more weight quicker.
But in the end I will eat what I am craving or want during my meals.
So if you are looking for food or recipe ideas, I’m sure you may get some good ideas here but you’re likely to get more ideas and recipes if you asked for specific types of recipes on specific forums (I.e. keto recipes, low calorie recipes, etc) or provided a little more detail into what kind of recipes or food you yourself are looking for.
Otherwise enjoy whatever it is you like to eat or look up recipes for really any foods you want to try.
Again, sometimes it’s little Caesar’s pizza (like it was yesterday) that I eat during my window and still find I lose weight. But when it’s eggs, bacon and cheese with veggies in an omelette I find the low carb meals like this do help me lost more weight than the pizza, but you’ll lose weight with IF regardless of what you eat If you stick to it and don’t binge during the feeding window (don’t eat an entire pizza or 5,000 calories for example).
