>I was wondering what nutrients promote growth (height wise).

A well-balanced diet that provides micronutrients that support bone health. There are 12 different nutrients important for bone, but primarily calcium and vitamin D. Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, and K, folate, magnesium, fluoride, phosphorus, potassium, and sodium. Lastly: protein.

>So, what type of nutrients should someone prioritize if they want to grow as tall as possible? What if they’re 18?

Unfortunately, at 18 you can’t do much more. If you are female, you are likely done growing. If you are male, there might be additional fractions of an inch you can gain - but your maximum height potential is mostly based on hormones and genetics.
