Hello everyone, I am currently on my way to completing my second multi day fast. The last time I fasted for 48 hours I went over board when I broke my fast. I was hoping someone could help with a sample “menu” of what to eat for the first few hours. Google says a handful of nuts or bone broth etc.but does anyone have more information on HOW much to exactly eat. Last time I tried to stay as healthy as possible but ate way to much way to fast. and felt it for the next few days. Thanks !
When I break after 3 days I do:
1 cup of warm bone broth, seasoned with salt and pepper
Wait 30 min - hr
Eat my standard OMAD meal (high protein, low carb) slowly! Don’t scarf it down, really chew each bite and sip water throughout. A lot of newbies to multi day fasts will eat too quickly and feel ill after.
