Hard to exercise that area specifically. How do I just tighten it all up?
6ft2inches male lost a bit and am still going for it. Wondering how I can help the loose skin shrink.
10 min core workout a day helps. I use taba app, and time it as 55/5 seconds per rep. Getting plank, crunches and other core movements in.
I work from home, so I just do it during work. If that’s not an option for you, I would suggest the morning if you can.
Also exercises with larger muscles help loads. Squats, press ups etc.
same here. i’ve decided to get serious about doing ab/torso work. i am hoping an increase in muscle will tighten the area. otherwise, according to my recent post and others i’ve read, surgery might be the only option.
