I’ve just discovered amazing benefits of younger looking skin from fasting Prior to fasting, my healthy lifestyle consisted if exercising 5 times per week. There’s an Asian woman who looks like she’s in her late twenties but she’s actually in her late forties.. she hates running and she says that running causes skin sagging..so I think you’re right about the over exercising part..
