When do you start losing muscle during dry fasting?

Male, 6 feet, 145-150 pounds. I have dry fasted for 5 days before, currently on my 2nd day, plan to go around 80 hours.

What happens when you almost have no bodyfat and dry fast, is it more beneficial to have body fat to go longer? Most of my weight is muscle from working out, I have almost no fat on me.

Another question, if you have almost no bodyfat and do 3-5 day dry fasts, will the body instead of eating muscle go after toxic crap/bad pathogens etc first instead of burning muscle? Could eliminating bad bacteria, parasites and other things the body doesn’t need (like a skin tag/wart) be faster when you have less fat on you?

Any info is much appreciated, thanks

Answer

I wouldn’t do a long dry fast If I had no body fat.

Anyways, I think that almost everybody has body fat, if not visible, between the organs.

And yes, the body is very very clever and will eat dead cells, tumors, etc before burning muscle.
