Whey Isolate Suplements Amino acid profile

Ive been trying to find the perfect whey protein isolate for me for a while. Im just a 24 yo trying to get back onto the park and get some muscle mass. Ive been trying to compare some of the more known products in my country like: Decatlon whey protein isolate, Prozzis 100% real whey isolate, Gold nutrition iso hydro whey and 100% gold standart isolate. Ive been comparing prices, calories, fat, carbohydrats, protein percentage, and three of the most important amino acids for muscle growth (i think) - isoleucine, leucine, valine. But for some reason some of these products like the last two, dont show theyr amino acid profile. And i cant seem to find it anywhere. Am i going on the right track to find the best protein for me? Ive noticed the prozis one and decatlon are pretty similar but decatlon is much cheaper. Should i just get the cheapest one?

Answer

This is just my opinion.

For me the best protein comes from real food (eggs, salmon, steak, Greek yogurt).

If you’re looking to get in shape (again just my opinion) don’t major in the minor stuff. Be consistent and train hard over an extended period of time. Oh and of course hit your macros.

Happy training and good luck to you!

Answer

If its whey isolat, the amino profile should be very similar brand to brand. One exeption might be if a company elevates one amino on purpose e.g leucine.
Thats mostly marketing though.
its not really worth obsessing over amino profil in whey though. The amount of muscle you’ll gain will not differ from brand to brand.
Spend your time on research for optimal training and recovery and nutrition in general, that will make more of a difference :)
