i think this is an original question…which bone broth? is chicken or beef equally as good?
what about “turkey stock”? is that the same thing under a different name?

Make your own! It is by far better than anything bought. You can use an a crock pot as well instapot or stove top….Bones of any kind, I use onions, celery, garlic, shallots, salt and pepper…sometimes I also add red peppers, carrots and sweet potatoes…but for purist who are limiting carbs that would be omitted.
