I used to chew gums sweetened with artificial sweeteners but was told they may be just as bad as sugar so switched to xylitol gums because they don’t have bad side effects like other sweeteners but so far I have tried 2 different brands and both gums lose their flavor extremely quickly and becoming flavorless after a minute or 2 when non xylitol gums can retain their flavor for 10+ minutes, whats the reason behind that?
Orbit has chewing gum with xylitol and sorbit as sweetener. This one doesnt lose flavour fast.Btw, xylitol provides an environment in which bacteria cant grow that good, so its preventive for tooth damage
