Does anyone else here travel frequently for work? I do so frequently and work outdoors when I travel. This has made it difficult to keep up a window to eat. Normally I eat from 12-8, however with working as early as 6 AM, I run the risk of passing out in the woods if I skip breakfast. I’ve found eating breakfast and skipping lunch works best when I’m in the field but is it as effective as a traditional IF eating window?
Does being a truck driver count as a tracking for work?
I fast everyday. In fact driving makes it easier cause I control when I stop and where.
You can adjust a fasting window to whatever works for you. I tend to eat breakfast and lunch during the week and I’ll skip breakfast on the weekends because that’s when I eat with my family.
