To say this today and say I have accomplished my goal and made it to day 6 is a surprise for my first ever water fast
To be honest I never had hunger honestly never felt the need to eat but did crave food but never ate anything
I’m ending it off with some nice broth and some fruits a few days after and man i lost 13 pounds and feel amazing physically and mentally a free mind per say and thanks to this page with all the awesome posts of peoples progress gave me lots of motivation to push forward !
I went from 252 to 228. Now about 230 a few weeks later. I had a lot of water to drop.
I also am a big stoner and didn’t find it made me want food.
And I use a scale that does fat%, hydration %, muscle mass, bone mass. With that its possible to see how little the fat and mass change.
Longer fasting needed!
