I am feeling so good! I’m 37 hours in to a fast currently. The feeling I have is there is a sense that I was sick before and didn’t know it. This haze of malaise I used to always have and got used to - evaporated. I feel so healthy and am able to breathe deeply. My BP is normal again.

My plan for now is to fast Mon, Tues, and Weds most weeks and eat Keto to 80% during eat days.

I’m doing a 21 day fast and I’m going on a Vegas trip two days before I’d be breaking my fast. Will that be an okay time to break my fast if I don’t overeat when I go on vacation? If not I’m debating to do a 2 week fast instead of 3

Any already lean/maintaining women on here? I’ve been doing IF about 3 years, and this year have tried some longer fasts. The longest I’ve gone is about 28 hours.

My main motivations for fasting are to aesthetics (to improve body composition) and to reap the health benefits, however my cycle (which used to be very regular) has become irregular and I still appear to have the same body fat percentage.

I’d be interested in knowing what protocol already lean/maintaining women are doing.
