10 day Dry fast in 38 degrees celcius

Its going to be around this tempreature give or take a few degrees for the next 2 weeks of which time I want to and I have the opportunity to fast. I live in a house with no air conditioning and my room window is old and barely opens more than a few centimeters. The house gathers heat throughout the day and makes my room almost like a sauna when i sleep at night. With these problematic conditions, I’m looking for any advice or solutions you can give that will allow me to go longer in the fast and atleast make it to 7 days? Thanks

Also I’m going to give my self the easier dry fasting option and have a cold shower or go into the ocean to cool off atleast once daily

Answer

The ocean will be a good idea to stay around during your fasting time. Focus on breathing, especially through the nose. Keep in mind that you very well may end up breaking your fast far prior, as dry fasting is easier and idealized in cooler weather. I can see your room temperature at night being a problem, especially as your body temperature rises. And the outside temperature as well. I guess you will find out as you begin this. Take care!
