11/13 every day & nothing else

Newbie here so I鈥檓 not sure I can post advice with any authority. But I wanted to say that I鈥檝e been fasting 13 hours a day since mid-November and I鈥檝e lost 4.4 kg (9.7 pounds). (Note: normally the scale goes the other way during that timeframe.馃崡馃巹) I鈥檓 doing nothing else, just the overnight fasts. Usually have to stop eating a bit earlier in the evening or have a later breakfast to get all 13 hours in, but that鈥檚 it. I use the Zero app to keep track. Wanted to post this to make the point that if you have trouble sustaining big lifestyle changes (e.g. long fasts, diets, or intense workouts), maybe little changes can make a difference over time.

Very similar situation here but even newer than you! Only been a couple of weeks. I stop eating around 7.30 pm and start again anywhere from 9.30 am to 12.00. It鈥檚 different every day. Always try to eat healthier options but that鈥檚 it. I鈥檓 not tracking anything. I feel better (less bloated!) I also feel like it鈥檚 changing my appetite and the way I think about food/ hunger. I鈥檓 enjoying it so far
