Getting the challenge started! Quick rehash of the rules:

Keeping things simple, all we will have is a front pic in underwear/bathing suit/etc with your fat ass on display for the world, as well as a piece of paper that just says “April 1 2021” so we know it’s current.

Final pics due by 11:59PM July 1, with a piece of paper that says “July 1 2021”, and your current weight in the comment.
Judging will be simple. I’ll be posting a Reddit poll in this sub for all to vote on/about July 2 through the 4th, with a winner announced shortly after. I’ll make sure everyone’s before/after pics are easily available in an IMGUR link.
It’s completely subjective based on what people vote for, so don’t be mad at me if you don’t win, all I’m doing is tallying votes and making the announcement.
I made an alt just for this challenge. Im motivated to do this, with the goal of fasting as many days as possible out of the three months. I have severely high fasting (morning) insulin and PCOS, and am finding it hard to lose weight when I exercise 4-5x a week and still eat 2 meals a day. OMAD and 24hr fasts aren’t cutting it long term :( time for 5 days a week fasting 😬

I gained close to 80 lbs during COVID and didn’t do anything to stop it. I used to be so active and was never this lazy pre-COVID. Now I’m realizing the effects of all the weight I’ve put on and I want to make a change.

Plan of action: rolling 48s/72s with some long term fasts (7 - 30 days). Plan to re-feed with Keto meals (depending on fast); will aim to exercise/ walk at least 30 mins 3-4x weekly
